Thanks. Yeah, I use GIMP. Some of my older stuff like "Theron Guard" and "Shadow of the Colossus" were done in PhotoImpact which lacks real layers. PhotoShop has way more features and tools but GIMP is free and right now, that fits my budget nicely. Ultimately I think the program takes a back seat to the person using it. If you have PhotoShop, I can't say that there would be much that you would gain from GIMP. But its free so you might like to give it a try to see what you think. There are plenty of PhotoShop art on here that blows my art away. But thats because the artists are more skilled and/or have more experience. Hope that helps.

Do you do all of yuor stuff in GIMP? Because it looks ten times better than anything in photoshop and I was thinking of switching over.
